What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We offer a range of delivery services to our customers in the UK. Currently we do not offer shipping to an address located outside the UK. For more information, including shipping rates, please have a look at our shipping information page.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We offer payment through all major credit and debit card vendors as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your payment will be processed by Trust Payments Ltd. Transactions are protected using their 3-D Secure technology to ensure your safety while you shop.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times are dependant on the service you select during checkout. We guarantee that all orders placed before 1:00 pm will be dispatched on the same day through Royal Mail or myHermes. 

Depending on the service selected, you may be provided with a tracking number.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once we’ve packaged and dispatched your order, we’ll send you another email to keep you updated on your order status.
